Verbal consent for staff alerts
Doyen Inc. sends recurring SMS messages only to company staff members who have verbally
opted in. Messages are operational alerts, including production outage notices, support
escalations, and system status updates. They are not marketing messages.
Before enrollment, a staff member verbally agrees with a Doyen Inc. administrator to
receive these operational text messages at the mobile number they provide. Doyen Inc.
records that consent internally. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency varies with operational activity, up to approximately 10 messages per
day. Message and data rates may apply.
